(To be built) Arris is a modernist study in site specificity, with iconic angle form mirrored in layout and roofline. The architecture responds to the natural hillside terrain of the siting with angled roof and dramatic contrasting cladding on this single level home.

Arris is sited on 9 private primarily wooded acres accessible from a quiet country road and surrounding serene landscapes. The architecture is comprised of a single story structure with acutely angled footprint, clad in cedar siding with dramatic counterpoint metal roof folding down the back wall. The residence entry is exposed from the unique angle of the home, creating a dramatic entry experience into the home. Living spaces on the main level are open plan, circulating with the open plan kitchen, dining and sunken living room. All share views to the outdoor landscape. A covered back porch is inset into the architecture — the perfect spot for a quiet morning or evening entertaining.
