This dramatic contemporary design atelier at the Hotel des Artistes has it all. Designed by architect Vibeke Lichten as a home for her and her husband, the duplex features an expansive great room with a floating staircase to the second level. With a soaring 17’9” ceiling and 15’9” north-facing window, this corner residence is bathed in light from 3 exposures: North, West, South. The first floor offers a wood-burning fireplace and spectacular open city views with a side view of Central Park. There is a separate windowed dining space as well as a breakfast bar.
