Nestled on a quiet block, just minutes from the park, this unit encompasses the lower duplex of a two family house.

The upper floor is where you have your two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.  I say "a kitchen" because there's also one downstairs!  The primary bedroom is very large - easily fits a King and other furnishings and has two double door closets.  The second bedroom is smaller, fits a double or a bunk, or lovely for a home office.  
Downstairs you have another full bathroom and large living room with kitchen and the washer/dryer units.  

The unit has split A/C units throughout along with a plethora of ceiling fans.  You control the baseboard heating with your own thermostat.  

A major highlight is the big backyard!  Which you can access from both levels, as well as from the front along the side of the house.  So if you have friends over for backyard festivities, they can head straight to the back and don't need to walk through your place.

If you're a gardener and really want the grass are spruced up, the owner with seed the yard and put in some plants around the side it you'd like.  The yard also comes with a storage shed for your use.
