433ウォーレンは2008年に建設されたペットフレンドリーなエレベーター付きの建物です。ボーラムヒルにはブルックリンの最高のレストランやバー、コーヒーショップや会場があります。さらに、コブルヒルの活気あるレストランシーンは、スミスストリートの西に2ブロックです。アトランティック・バークレイズは東に数ブロックで、マンハッタンやロングアイランドへ向かうさまざまな交通手段が利用できます。

Entering the space, the open concept kitchen and living room feature oversized south-facing windows and cathedral-like 13" ceilings.  Two skylights flood the room with light and add to the sky-like ambiance.  A library ladder provides access to wall-to-wall bookshelves, perfect for the avid reader.
 
The kitchen is a chef's dream centered around a massive waterfall countertop island.  The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher.  Farther into the apartment, the bathroom boasts white subway tile, a vessel sink and an oversized mirror - all offering a modern touch.
 
The main bedroom holds a tree-framing window and an additional skylight, creating a serene retreat.  A wide closet provides ample storage space.  Upstairs, the second bedroom comes with two closets with a washer and dryer conveniently located in a walk-in utility closet.  The third skylight and roof hatch ensure that the room is bathed in light from dawn to dusk.

Built in 2008, 433 Warren is a pet-friendly elevator building.  Boerum Hill holds some of Brooklyn's best restaurants and bars, coffee shops and venues.  In addition, Cobble Hill's vibrant restaurant scene is two blocks west on Smith Street.  Atlantic Barclays is a few blocks east offering myriad transportation options into Manhattan or out to Long Island and beyond.
