SLCE建築家によって設計されたファサードは、オイスターホワイトと温かいブロンズのディテールの洗練されたカラーパレットを放ち、周囲の歴史的に豊かな地域を現代的に補完しています。36階建てのタワーは、マンハッタンのイーストサイドを見下ろして高くそびえる都市のスカイラインを際立たせています。この建築はニューヨーク現代主義を称賛し、クリーンなライン、ブロンズの装飾、彫刻的なシェブロンのディテールを強調するデザインアプローチです。巨大な窓が都市の全景を一望できるようになっており、可能な限り自然光を最大限に活用するように設計された居住空間には特別な配慮がされています。
