Fully renovated in 2022 without obscuring the details that make the loft so coveted, 2 Bond Street, 2 is available for terms as short as three months long.

With 11.5'-high tin ceilings, and featured in dozens of films and television commercials due to its original and authentic sensibility, the spacious great room boasts south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows that pour sunlight throughout the day. Western windows create a bright and lively living space. Step out onto the two Juliet balconies, each accessed through a window rotating 180 degrees on its axis, for quintessential Bond Street views to the east.
