This fully furnished fractional timeshare ownership residence is part of The St. Regis Residence Club, where Members can experience impeccable luxury and carefree living, complemented by the incomparable service of St. Regis. This timeshare residence is deeded real estate, offering 28 days each year in a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath home, with the flexibility to extend usage up to 49 days depending on your usage preferences.  

Each Member enjoys a combination of Fixed and Float time, offering a perfect blend of certainty and flexibility. The designated Fixed Week for this offering is Week #21, or May 22nd - May 29th, which includes Memorial Day weekend. The Fixed Week is guaranteed, unless you choose to exchange that week in any given year. The remaining 21 nights are ‘float nights’, which can be used on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

You may allocate some of your time through the Interchange Program at another participating Residence Club property, such as the St. Regis Residence Club in Aspen or the Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona. Other usage options permit the owner to exchange nights for Marriott Bonvoy points, which can be used for airline flights, in-room indulgences, or stays at other Starwood and Marriott Hotels & Resorts around the world.

The residences are located on floors 8 through 11 of the hotel, providing a private, residential feel within one of Manhattan’s most prestigious addresses. Ownership is fully deeded real estate and may be sold, gifted, or passed on, with the option to hold title under an LLC or other entity. Owners may also rent out their allotted time or designate permitted users to enjoy the residence.

Monthly charges include real estate taxes, daily housekeeping, butler service, fitness center access, and full use of the hotel’s amenities, with no additional daily fees.
