Located in the heart of the U.W.S. on a quiet, tree-lined street, the Apt. is ½ a block from Central Park West and
conveniently located close to the Museum of Natural History/Hayden Planetarium, lots of shopping and restaurants on Columbus Ave. and surrounding streets, and public transportation (including the 81 st St. Subway station and numerous bus stops).

You enter the apartment through a spacious hallway, with an alcove that is perfect for a desk/office area, and which leads to a well-proportioned, north-facing living room.
