The highest full-floor residence in the building, Residence 10 has been renovated and reimagined with a custom interior design that balances soft textures, warm materials, and refined detailing throughout. With private elevator entry and three exposures, the home offers scale, privacy, and light in one of NoHo’s most architecturally distinct addresses.

Currently configured as a three-bedroom with three-and-a-half bathrooms, the home was originally planned as a four-bedroom and can be readily converted back to a four-bedroom layout if desired. Wide-plank white oak floors are paired with limewashed walls and ceilings to create a tonal, calming atmosphere. A sculptural plaster fireplace anchors the living space, while the dining area includes a built-in banquette and a custom cocktail bar. The kitchen is finished with Esmeralda quartzite countertops and high-end appliances. The powder room features Cipollino marble, and the entry foyer is defined by a white oak louver wall and a Viola marble vanity.
